摘要
针对中空型材在弯曲生产过程中发生截面畸变现象,以6061中空型材为研究对象,重点分析了填充情况及加筋参数对弯曲后截面畸变的影响。结果表明,中空型材经填沙后截面较未填沙时截面下凹率明显下降。对中空型材弯弧内壁进行加筋,增加筋高后有利于降低截面下凹率,截面下凹率随筋高的增加而下降。增加筋宽后,型材截面宽厚度下降,有利于降低截面下凹率。在保证弯曲后型材截面下凹率及成本最低的前提下,在弯曲前对中空型材进行加筋并对型腔内部进行填沙,此方法不仅对型材重量增加较少,而且兼具易于实现工业化生产、生产成本低等优点。
In view of the cross-section distortion phenomenon occurring in the bending production process of hollow profiles,6061 hollow section is taken as the research object in this paper to study the influence of filling and reinforcement parameters on the distortion of section after bending.The results show that the cross-sectional depression rate of the hollow section after sand filling is significantly lower than that of the unfilled section.The reinforcement of the inner wall of the hollow section bend is conducive to reducing the cross-sectional depression rate by increasing the height of the reinforcement,and the cross-sectional depression rate decreases with the increase of the reinforcement height.By increasing the width of the bars,the section width and thickness of the profile decreases,which helps to reduce the section concavity.On the premise of the minimum interface rate and cost after bending profile,through reinforcing the hollow profile before bending and filling the cavity with sand,the weight of the profile increases less,and it also has the advantages of easy industrial production and low production costs.
