摘要
采用2011—2019年北京、天津各16个区和河北省11个地级市的面板数据,构建固定效应模型和动态GMM模型,探究金融业集聚对科技创新的影响,并分析了地区间的异质性。实证结果显示:总体上京津冀金融业集聚对科技创新有明显的促进作用;具体而言,天津和北京的金融业集聚对科技创新的正向作用较河北更为显著;尽管北京的金融业集聚程度远高于天津,但其对科技创新的促进效应却明显弱于天津。从京津冀整体来看,人力资本储备、固定资产投资、财政科技支出、研发经费投入、产业结构和城镇化水平对科技创新均存在积极作用,对外开放水平和房价水平对科技创新的影响则不明显。
Taking Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei as the research object, using the panel data of 16 districts in Beijing 16 districts in Tianjin and 11 prefecture level cities in Hebei Province from 2011 to 2019, this paper constructs a fixed effect model and dynamic GMM model to explore the impact of financial industry agglomeration on scientific and technological innovation, and further explore the regional heterogeneity. The results show that during the investigation period, the agglomeration of financial industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei has a significant role in promoting scientific and technological innovation;Within the region, the financial industry agglomeration in Tianjin and Beijing has a significant positive effect on scientific and technological innovation. Although the degree of financial industry agglomeration in Beijing is much higher than that in Tianjin, its promoting effect on innovation is significantly weaker than that in Tianjin;In addition, for Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei as a whole, human capital reserves, fixed asset investment, Fiscal Science and technology expenditure, R&D investment, industrial structure and urbanization level all play a positive role in scientific and technological innovation, and the impact of openness and house price level on scientific and technological innovation is not obvious.
