中药外治糖尿病周围神经病变的数据挖掘分析

Analysis of External Therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine for Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy Based on Data Mining

目的采用数据挖掘方法分析中药外治法治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的用药规律。方法检索并整理中国知识基础设施工程(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台(Wanfang Data)、中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)中外用治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的方药,运用频次统计、关联规则和系统聚类等方法进行分析。结果筛选得到中药处方140首,涉及中药193味,高频药物为红花、桂枝、川芎等,常用药对为红花-艾叶、红花-当归-桂枝、红花-黄芪-桂枝等,聚类分析主要得出5类药物。结论总结了外治糖尿病周围神经病变的常用药物,为临床治疗及新药开发提供用药参考。

Objective Data mining method was used to analyze the medication law of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods Traditional Chinese medicines for treating Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy in CNKI,Wanfang Data and VIP Databases were searched and sorted out,and analyzed by frequency statistics,association rules and systematic clustering.Results 140 prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine were screened,involving 193 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,the highfrequency drugs were Carthami Fols,Cinnamomi Ramulus,Chuanxiong Rhizoma,etc.The commonly used drug pairs were Carthami FolsAArtemisiae Argyi Folium,Carthami Fols-Angelicae Sinensis Radix-Cinnamomi Ramulus,Carthami Fols-Astragali Radix-Cinnamomi Ramulus,etc.Cluster analysis showed that there were 5 kinds of drugs.Conclusion The commonly used drugs for external treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy were summarized,which provided reference for clinical treatment and new drug development.
