基于数据挖掘的白塞病中医用药规律研究

Study on the Medication Law of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treating Behcet’s Disease Based on Data Mining

目的 初探白塞病中医用药规律,为临床治疗白塞病提供用药依据。方法 检索中国知网等数据库近30年白塞病中医证治研究相关文献,用Excel建立中医用药研究数据库,采用SPSS 22.0和SPSS Modeler 14.2进行药物频次、关联规则和聚类分析。结果 纳入白塞病相关文献共269篇,其中用药频次>25的药物共45味,用药次数最多的是生甘草;药对主要以生甘草合用清热解毒药,如黄芩、黄连、黄柏、金银花、连翘等;药物聚类共分为7类,以清热利湿、安中解毒为主。结论 中药治疗白塞病主要以用药以清热解毒、补益脾胃肝肾、利水渗湿为主,兼顾豁痰活血。

Objective To explore the law of traditional Chinese medicine in Behcet’s disease,and to provide the basis for the clinical treatment. Methods Literature related to TCM syndrome treatment of Behcet’s disease in recent 30 years was retrieved from CNCNY,and database was established with Excel. SPSS 22. 0 and SPSS Modeler 14. 2 were used to conduct drug frequency,association rule analysis and cluster analysis. Results 269 literatures were included,of which 45 kinds of drugs with the frequency of > 25. Raw licorice was the most frequently used. The antipyretic drugs were mainly raw licorice, such as Scutellaria baicalensis, Coptis chinensis, Phellodendron phellodendron,honeysuckle,forsythia,etc. The drug cluster was divided into 7 categories,which were mainly heat clearing,dampness reducing and detoxification in safety. Conclusion The treatment of Behcet’s disease with traditional Chinese medicine is mainly to clear heat and detoxify,tonify spleen,stomach,liver and kidney,nourish water and moisten,and give attention to clearing phlegm and promoting blood circulation.
