活血化瘀汤联合针刺治疗脑出血临床观察

Clinical Observation on Huoxue Huayu Decoction Combined with Acupuncture in Treating Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的观察脑出血患者应用活血化瘀汤结合针刺进行治疗的效果。方法选择2020年8月—2021年8月在盘锦市中心医院康复医学科收治的脑出血患者60例为此次研究对象,分为对照组与观察组。对照组患者30例,应用依达拉奉注射液进行治疗,观察组患者30例,在对照组基础上应用活血化瘀汤联合针刺进行治疗。对2组患者治疗效果、NIHSS评分、ADL评分、中医证候积分等相关指标进行比较。结果临床效果对比,P<0.05,观察组好于对照组;NIHSS评分、中医证候积分对比,对照组均高于观察组(P<0.05),ADL评分对比,P<0.05,观察组好于对照组。结论应用活血化瘀汤联合针刺治疗脑出血患者,可改善患者的脑神经功能及生活能力,有效促进患者的临床症状恢复,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Huoxue Huayu decoction combined with acupuncture in treating cerebral hemorrhage.Methods In this study,60 patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted to Panjin Central Hospital from August 2020 to August2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group.Thirty patients in the control group were treated with edaravone injection,and 30 patients in the observation group were treated with Huoxue Huayu decoction combined with acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,NIHSS score,ADL score,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome points and other related indicators of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical effect of observation group was better than control group(P<0.05).NIHSS score and TCM syndrome score in the control group were higher than those in the observation group(P<0.05),and ADL score in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Huoxue Huayu decoction combined with acupuncture in treating cerebral hemorrhage can effectively improve the patients’neurological deficits and effectively promote the recovery of clinical symptoms.
