Summary of Acupoint Selection in Acupuncture in the Treatment of Glaucoma

青光眼是眼科常见的危险系数较高的疾病,临床上一般用手术、药物和针刺治疗。临床各家对于针刺治疗青光眼有各自独特的选穴和操作手法,部分穴位在试验中被证明其确切的疗效,选穴之于针刺治疗,犹如地基之与大厦。此文总结了部分关于针刺治疗青光眼的临床和试验研究中的选穴、操作手法以及各家不同的治疗思路,为以后的临床和试验研究提供相关参考。

Glaucoma is a common high-risk disease in ophthalmology.It is usually treated by surgery,medicine and acupuncture.Each clinical family has its own unique selection and operation for acupuncture treatment of Glaucoma,some acupoints in the experiment has been proved its exact efficacy,the selection of acupoints and acupuncture treatment,as the foundation of the building.In this paper,the selection of acupoints,manipulation and different treatment ideas in clinical and experimental study of acupuncture for Glaucoma are summarized,which can provide references for clinical and experimental study.
