半夏杏仁汤联合沙丁胺醇治疗支气管哮喘临床观察

Clinical Observation on Salbutamol Combined with Banxia Xingren Decoction in the Treatment of Bronchial Asthma

目的观察沙丁胺醇联合半夏杏仁汤对支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法将北部战区总医院收诊的100例支气管哮喘患者随机分为对照组和观察组。2组患者均给予常规治疗,对照组在常规治疗的基础上加服沙丁胺醇,观察组在对照组基础上加服半夏杏仁汤。2组患者分别于治疗前后检测用力肺活量(FVC);第1秒用力呼吸容积(FEV_(1));最大呼气容量(FEF);血清中白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的含量;中医证候评分,并计算治疗有效率。结果2组患者经过治疗后,FVC、FEV_(1)、FEF、IL-6、TNF-α、VEGF和中医证候评分等指标均显著优于治疗前(P<0.05),而与对照组比较,观察组上述指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且2组患者均未出现不良反应。结论半夏杏仁汤联合沙丁胺醇对支气管哮喘有较好的临床疗效,并且能降低患者血清炎症因子水平,并且安全可靠。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of salbutamol combined with Banxia Xingren decoction on bronchial asthma.Methods100 patients with bronchial asthma in General Hospital of Northern Theater of War were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Both groups were given conventional treatment.The control group was given salbutamol on the basis of conventional treatment,and the observation group was given Banxia Xingren decoction on the basis of the control group.Forced vital capacity(FVC)was measured before and after treatment,forced breathing volume in the first second(FEV_(1)),maximal expiratory volume(FEF),the serum levels of interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and the content of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),traditional chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score were detected,and the effective rate was calculated.Results After treatment,FVC,FEV_(1),FEF,IL-6,TNF-α,VEGF and TCM syndrome score in 2 groups were significantly better than before treatment(P<0.05),and compared with the control group,the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of observation group,significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05),and there were no adverse reactions in 2 groups.Conclusion Banxia Xingren decoction combined with salbutamol has a good clinical effect on bronchial asthma,and can reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors,and is safe and reliable.
