解郁安神汤配合利培酮对精神分裂症治疗的价值与安全性评价

The Therapeutic Value and Safety Evaluation of Jieyu Anshen Decoction Combined with Risperidone in the Treatment of Schizophrenia

目的探讨解郁安神汤加减联合利培酮治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择2019年1月—2021年6月就诊的精神分裂症患者78例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组39例。对照组采用利培酮治疗,观察组采用解郁安神汤+利培酮治疗,比较2组患者的疗效及不良反应情况。结果治疗后观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组PANSS评分、HAMD评分、HAMA评分以及不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),GQOLI-74评分、5-HIAA以及BDNF水平显著高于对照组和治疗前(P<0.05)。结论解郁安神汤加减联合利培酮对精神分裂症安全有效,能有效缓解患者焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪,改善生活质量,调节神经介质的水平,具有一定的应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Jieyu Anshen decoction combined with risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods 78 schizophrenic patients from January 2019 to June 2021 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with risperidone while the observation group was treated with Jieyu Anshen decoction combined with risperidone.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the patients in each group were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the PANSS score,HAMD score,HAMA score and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the GQOLI-74 score,5-HIAA and BDNF levels were significantly higher than those in the control group and before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Jieyu Anshen decoction combined with risperidone is safety and effective in the treatment of schizophrenia.It can effectively alleviate the negative emotions such as anxiety and depression,improve the quality of life and regulate the level of neurotransmitters,which has certain application value.
