Lung cancer is the malignant tumor with the highest incidence in China,and most patients are troubled by cancer pain and affect their quality of life.Clinically,three-step analgesia can relieve the pain of patients,but there are many side effects,and patients are afraid of addiction and other problems.Therefore,in clinical application,the three-step analgesic method often has some bottlenecks.Acupuncture and moxibustion is widely used in the treatment of cancer pain,and Dong’s extraordinary points have miraculous effects in treating pain.This article introduces two medical cases of Dong’s extraordinary points in the treatment of three-step analgesia that are not good for pain relief.
