温胆汤治疗小儿抽动秽语综合征临床观察

Clinical Observation on Wendan Decoction in the Treatment of Tourette Syndrome

目的研究小儿抽动秽语综合征(TS)患儿行温胆汤加减治疗的效果。方法数据取林州市人民医院2020年1月—2021年12月收治的60例TS患儿,随机取样法分西药组(盐酸硫必利片,30例)、研讨组(温胆汤加减,30例),2组疗效比较。结果用药前比较2组中医证候积分、抽动严重程度,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;用药后与西药组比较,研讨组中医证候积分更低、YGTSS评分更高;研讨组总有效率高于西药组,不良反应占比低于西药组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论温胆汤加减治疗TS可减轻患儿不适程度、控制病情,充分发挥药效的同时,保证用药安全,值得推崇。

Objective To study the effect of modified Wendan decoction in the treatment of Tourette syndrome(TS).Methods The data of60 children with TS in Linzhou People’s Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were collected.They were divided into a western medicine group(Tiapride hydrochloride tablets,n=30)and a research group(modified Wendan decoction,n=30)by random sampling method.The therapeutic effect between the two groups was compared.Results There was no difference in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores and tics severity between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).Compared with western medicine group,the score of TCM syndrome was lower and the SCORE of YGTSS in the research group was higher.The total effective rate of the research group was higher than that of the western medicine group,and the proportion of adverse reactions was lower than that of the western medicine group,and there had statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Wendan decoction in the treatment of TS can reduce the degree of discomfort,control the disease,give full play to the efficacy of the drug,and ensure the safety of the drug,which is worthy of promotion.
