不同间隔时间针灸治疗周围性面瘫临床观察

Clinical Observation on Acupuncture and Moxibustion at Different Intervals in the Treatment of Peripheral Facial Paralysis

目的观察不同间隔时间针灸治疗周围性面瘫的临床疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的62例周围性面瘫患者,随机分为治疗1组和治疗2组,每组31例。治疗1组每日针刺1次,治疗2组每日针刺2次。观察2组治疗前后改良Sunnybrook评分变化情况,并比较2组临床疗效。结果总有效率治疗1组为93.5%(29/31),治疗2组为96.8%(30/31),2组治疗疗效差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;临床治愈率治疗1组为48.4%(15/31);治疗2组为67.7%(21/31),P<0.05,2组治疗疗效差异有统计学意义;2组患者在治疗后改良Sunnybrook评分与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论2组针灸治疗周围性面瘫2个疗程后均有较好的临床疗效,在临床治愈率和改良Sunnybrook评分方面治疗2组优于治疗1组。

Objective To observe acupuncture and moxibustion at different intervals in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis.Methods 62 patients with peripheral facial paralysis were randomly divided into treatment groupⅠand treatment groupⅡ(with 31 cases in each group).Acupuncture was given once a day in treatment groupⅠand twice a day in treatment groupⅡ.The changes of the improved Sunnybrook score before and after treatment were observed and the clinical effects were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment groupⅠwas 93.5%(29/31),and that of treatment groupⅡwas 96.8%(30/31)(P>0.05).Two groups had no statistical significance.The clinical cure rate of treatment groupⅠand groupⅡwas 48.4%(15/31)and 67.7%(21/31)respectively(P<0.05).The difference in therapeutic efficacy was statistically significant.The improved Sunnybrook score of 2 groups after treatment was compared with that before treatment,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Two groups of acupuncture treatment of peripheral facial paralysis after 2 courses have good clinical efficacy,in the clinical cure rate and improved Sunnybrook score treatment groupⅡis better than treatment groupⅠ.
