关东宪兵队特务系统在东北沦陷区实施的情报搜集活动——以对中国共产党东北党组织的情报搜集活动为中心

A Study of the Intelligence Gathering Activities Carried out by the Spy System of the Kwantung Kempeitai in Occupied Areas in Northeast China:Focusing on Its Activities of Intelligence Collecting Aiming at the Northeast Party Organization of CPC

1935年秋季,关东军出台“思想对策”,并指定由关东宪兵队统制实施。由此,关东宪兵队特务系统建立。该特务系统使用多种手段搜集各方情报,尤以中国共产党东北党组织为重点目标。关东宪兵队特务系统针对中国共产党东北党组织的情报搜集活动,一方面,使关东宪兵队基本掌握了不同活动区域的中国共产党东北党组织的情况,另一方面为关东宪兵队实施集中逮捕和武力“大讨伐”等镇压活动提供了重要线索,对中国共产党东北党组织造成了极大的破坏。关东宪兵队的情报搜集等活动并不能击垮中国共产党东北党组织,中国共产党东北党组织所领导的东北抗日武装斗争最终为中国抗日战争的胜利做出了不可磨灭的历史贡献。

In the autumn of 1935, the Kwantung Army issued ideological countermeasures and designated the Kwantung Kempeitai for unified implementation. Thus, the spy system of the Kwantung Kempeitai was established. The spy system used a variety of means to gather intelligence, especially paid much attention to the Northeast party organization of CPC. Through a series of intelligence activities, the Kwantung Kempeitai basically mastered the situation of CPC party organization in Northeast area, and thus provided important clues for the repressions by the Kwantung Kempeitai, which caused great damage to the Northeast party organization. However, the intelligence gathering and other activities of the Japanese invaders can not completely defeat the Northeast party organization of CPC. The Anti-Japanese struggle in Northeast China led by the party organization finally made a great historical contribution to the victory of the Anti-Japanese war.
