民国时期教育讲习会研究——以1923年胶澳第一期夏期小学教育讲习会为中心

Study on Educational Assembly during the Republic of China——Centered on the First Summer Primary Education Assembly of Jiaozhou Bay in 1923

教育是国家综合实力的重要一环,是培养人才的重要源流。小学教育作为国民教育的基础,对一个民族与国家的重要性不言而喻。而对小学教师的培养是提高小学教育水平的重要组成部分,故成为近代以来教育人士关注的重点。小学教育讲习会是民国时期进行教育改革的重要组成部分。1922年青岛被中国政府收回后,于次年举办了第一期夏期小学教育讲习会,尽管有资金短缺的限制,但是依旧获得巨大的成功,为第二期的举办奠定了基础。由于时代的限制,小学教育讲习会尽管有各种问题,但还是推动了中国现代化的进程,为今天中国的小学教育提供了丰富的经验与教训。

Education is an important part of a country’s comprehensive strength and the main source of training talents.As the foundation of national education,primary education is of great importance to a nation and a country.The training of primary school teachers is an important part of improving the level of primary school education,so it has become the focus of education advocates in modern times.Primary education assembly was an important part of education reform during the Republic of China.After Qingdao was taken back by the Chinese government in 1922,the first summer primary school education assembly was held in the following year.Although limited by lack of funds,it was still a great success,laying a foundation for the second stage.Due to the limitations of the times,the primary education assembly still has various problems,but it is an important step to promote China’s modernization process and provides rich experience and lessons for China’s primary education today.
