摘要
随着城市数字化转型进程不断加速,数据中心冷负荷增大、能耗激增问题日益严峻。为了降低数据中心能耗,研发了高能效数据中心专用小压比磁悬浮冷水机组,并开展了实测研究。通过容量优化匹配、压缩比大范围可调、运行策略优化,可实现系统全年综合能效比达到5以上,为高效数据中心环控设备的规模应用奠定了基础。
As the urban digital transformation speeds up,the boost of IT equipment and servers results in the increase of cooling load and energy consumption of data centers.In order to reduce the energy consumption in data centers,this research investigates a high-efficiency magnetic levitation chiller with low-pressure ratio.Optimization design is implemented including identifying the optimal unit capacity,enabling a wider range of the compression ratio and optimizing the operation strategy.The improved system can achieve an annual comprehensive energy efficiency ratio of more than 5,which contributes to great potential of large-scale application in future.
