摘要
组合管壳式热管气化器是一种综合了管壳式热交换器及热管热交换器两者优点的新型热交换器。阐述了组合管壳式热管气化器的结构特点、传热原理及工艺计算数学模型,对比了组合管壳式热管气化器、普通热管热交换器及中间介质型气化器的优缺点,分析了组合管壳式热管气化器在液化天然气气化工程上的应用案例。组合管壳式热管气化器可以有效防止结冰问题,占地面积小,能够保证设备的安全运行。
The combined shell-tube and heat pipe vaporizer is a new type of heat exchanger that combines the advantages of shell and tube heat exchanger and heat pipe heat exchanger.The structure characteristics,heat transfer principle,and process calculation mathematical model of the combined shell-tube and heat pipe vaporizer were described,and the advantages and disadvantages of the combined shell-tube and heat pipe vaporizer,ordinary heat pipe heat exchanger,and intermediate fluid vaporizer were compared.The application case of the combined shell-tube and heat pipe vaporizer in liquefied nature gas vaporization project was analyzed.It can be seen that the combined shell-tube and heat pipe vaporizer can effectively prevent the problem of icing,and it occupies a small area and can ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
