浅谈高压空冷器设计与制造

Brief Review on Design and Manufacture of High Pressure Air Cooler

近年来我国炼化行业对高压空冷器的需求增大。介绍了高压空冷器的一般特点,以及常见集合管高压空冷器和丝堵式高压空冷器的优缺点。针对目前获得广泛应用和研究的丝堵式高压空冷器,总结和讨论了管箱结构设计、丝堵密封结构改进、管板管孔设计要点以及制造、检验方面的技术要求。

In recent years,the demand for high-pressure air coolers in the refining and chemical industries has increased.The general characteristics of high-pressure air coolers,the advantages,and disadvantages of common manifold high-pressure air coolers,and plug-type high-pressure air coolers were introduced.For the plug-type high-pressure air cooler that has been widely used and researched,the design of the channel structure,the improvement of the plug-sealing structure,the design points of the tube sheet and the tube holes,and the technical requirements for manufacturing and inspection were summarized and discussed.
