Analysis on the Construction Technology of Hanging Basket Cantilever Casting

挂篮悬臂浇筑施工技术被广泛应用于大跨径桥梁建设中,其具有低成本、高效率、施工简单、整体性好等优点。文中结合实际工程案例,对某黄河特大桥的挂篮悬臂浇筑施工全程进行了分析,分别对其支架系统、支座、0#块、挂篮施工、合龙段以及线性监控进行了研究,可为同类工程提供参考。

In the construction of long-span bridges, the construction method of hanging basket cantilever pouring is widely used. The hanging basket cantilever pouring method has the advantages of low cost, high efficiency, simple construction and good integrity. Combined with actual engineering cases, this paper analyzes the whole process of the hanging basket cantilever pouring construction process of a Yellow River Extra Large Bridge, and studies its support system, support, 0# block, hanging basket construction, closing section and linear monitoring. This research result provides a reference for similar projects in the future.
