文中引入BIM技术及EPC管理模式对传统装配式建筑施工组织零散、造价及进度管理不严问题进行优化,并从进度管理、质量管理、造价管理等角度归纳具体的应用路径,为装配式建筑EPC管理实践提供思路。

BIM technology and EPC management mode are introduced in this paper to optimize the problems of scattered traditional prefabricated building construction organization, lax cost and schedule management, and summarize the specific application paths from the perspectives of schedule management, quality management, cost management, etc., to provide ideas for the practice of EPC management of prefabricated buildings.
