Research on Cost Influencing Factors of PPP Project in Characteristic Towns Based on SNA

在特色小镇持续建设的背景下,高昂的建设成本是项目实施的主要障碍。文中以特色小镇PPP项目为研究对象,识别并提取18项影响项目建设运营的成本因素,应用社会网络分析方法,分析成本影响路径。研究发现民营企业预期收益、政府行政审批时效对成本传导产生关键影响。

Under the background of continuous construction of characteristic towns, the high construction cost is the main obstacle to implementation. Taking the PPP project of Characteristic Towns as the research object, this paper identifies and extracts 18 cost factors that affect the construction and operation of the project. The social network analysis method is applied to analyze the cost impact path. It is found that the expected income of private enterprises/the timeliness of government administrative approval have a key impact on cost transmission.
