摘要
运动执行机构是轿车天窗的关键部件,功能是实现轿车天窗玻璃固定、滑动、起翘、关闭等动作。应用ADMAS软件,得到轿车天窗运动执行机构位移与起翘高度的关系曲线,并通过试验设计方法对相应参数进行调整,进而实现对轿车天窗运动执行机构起翘高度的优化。通过优化,解决了不同轿车车型模块化天窗总成开启高度的匹配问题,为轿车天窗实现平台化设计提供了参考。
The motion actuator is the key component of the car sunroof, and its function is to realize the actions of fixing, sliding, warping and closing of the car sunroof glass.With the application of ADMAS software, the relationship curve between displacement of the car sunroof motion actuator and warping height was obtained, and the corresponding parameters were adjusted by the experimental design method, so as to realize the optimization of the warping height of the car sunroof motion actuator.Through optimization, the matching problem of the opening height of the modular sunroof assembly of different car models was solved, which provided a reference for the platform design of the car sunroof.
