摘要 为得到截止阀启闭过程中流动特性对自身性能的影响规律,对截止阀内部瞬态流动特性进行研究。在不同开度的情况下,应用仿真软件进行模拟分析,结果表明:当开度小于30°时,截止阀阀芯结构内部高压区域的压力急剧增大,压力分布密集,截止阀流阻因数提高;当开度大于70°时,截止阀阀芯结构内部高压区域的压力相对减小,压力分布平缓,截止阀流阻因数降低,此时有利于提高截止阀的流通性能。将流阻因数作为衡量截止阀流通性能的评判标准,在整个开启过程中,截止阀开度越小,阀芯所受管道振动与冲击越大,越不利于流量调节。 In order to obtain the influence rule of the flow characteristics on the self performance of the cut-off valve during the opening and closing process, the transient flow characteristics inside the cut-off valve were studied.In the case of different openings, the simulation software was used for simulation analysis.The results show that when the opening degree is less than 30°, the pressure in the high pressure area inside the spool structure of the cut-off valve increases sharply, the pressure distribution is dense, and the flow resistance coefficient of the cut-off valve increases.When the opening degree is greater than 70°, the pressure in the high-pressure area inside the spool structure of the cut-off valve is relatively reduced, the pressure distribution is smooth, and the flow resistance coefficient of the cut-off valve is reduced, which is in favor of improving the flow performance of the cut-off valve.The flow resistance coefficient was used as the criterion to measure the flow performance of the cut-off valve.During the whole opening process, when the opening of the cut-off valve is getting smaller, the vibration and impact of the pipe on the valve spool will be greater, which is not conducive to flow regulation.
