摘要 以数字孪生技术为基础,构建运维机理模型加数据驱动的液压运维系统。介绍了液压运维系统的总体设计、系统功能和系统实现。参照实际液压设备结构搭建线上液压系统,作为数字孪生体。在实体液压系统中安装少量传感器,采集数据并上传。构建物理系统与数字系统的孪生体映射,剩余节点参数通过运维机理模型计算得到,由此实现液压系统的实时监控和智能运维。 Based on the digital twin technology, a hydraulic operation and maintenance system was constructed by operation and maintenance mechanism model and data-driven.The overall design, system functions and system realization of the hydraulic operation and maintenance system were introduced.The online hydraulic system was built as a digital twin with reference to the actual hydraulic equipment structure.A small number of sensors were installed in the physical hydraulic system to collect data for uploading.The twin mapping of the physical system and the digital system was constructed, and the remaining node parameter was calculated through the operation and maintenance mechanism model, thereby realizing the real-time monitoring and intelligent operation and maintenance of the hydraulic system.
