大电流电连接器接插件基体材质替代可行性研究 被引量:1

摘要 接插件为电连接器的关键零部件。用于传输大电流的电连接器,其接插件基体材质的选择尤为重要,常用基体材质为紫铜。紫铜价格高,并且接插件在搭配小截面电缆时会造成许用电流过剩。对大电流电连接器接插件基体材质由黄铜替代紫铜进行可行性研究,理论计算接插件基体材质黄铜和紫铜对电连接器壳体内总电阻的影响,通过不同电流下的温升试验绘制接插件基体材质采用黄铜和紫铜时的电连接器载流曲线,得到满足标准要求前提下的最大许用电流,并与标准规定的不同规格接线时的最小额定电流进行对比。可行性研究结果表明,大电流电连接器接插件搭配的小截面电缆,截面在一定范围内时,接插件基体材质采用黄铜,许用电流满足标准规定要求,此时接插件基体材质可由黄铜替代紫铜。 Connector is the key component of electrical connector.For electrical connector used to transmit large current, the selection of the base material of the connector is particularly important, and the commonly used base material is red copper.The price of red copper is high, and when the connector is used with a small cross-section cable, the allowable current will be excessive.The feasibility study was carried out on the replacement of red copper by brass for the base material of the high-current electrical connector with theoretical calculation on the influence of taking brass or red copper as the connector base material on the total resistance in the shell body of the electric connector.Through the temperature rise test under different currents, the carrying current curve of the electrical connector when the base material of the connector is made of brass and red copper was drawn, and the maximum allowable current under the premise of meeting the standard requirement was obtained and compared with the minimum rated current when wiring with different specifications specified in the standard.The feasibility study results show that when the cross-section of the small-section cable matched with the high-current electrical connector is within a certain range, the base material of the connector may adopt brass.If the allowable current meets the requirement of the standard, the base material of the connector can be replaced by brass instead of red copper.
