电机主要由转子和定子组成,用于实现机械能与电能的互相转换,转子轴是电机的重要组成部分。为使电机转子轴能够稳定、快速、高效地实现加工,对电机转子轴加工工艺进行分析,对加工夹具进行设计,并对切削参数进行选择和合理计算。通过所提出的加工工艺,保证了电机转子轴的加工品质和效率。
The motor is mainly composed of a rotor and a stator, which is used to realize the mutual conversion of mechanical energy and electrical energy.The rotor shaft is an important part of the motor.For stable, quick and efficient processing of the rotor shaft of the motor, the processing technology of the rotor shaft of the motor was analyzed, the processing fixture was designed, and the cutting parameters were selected and calculated reasonably.Through the proposed processing technique, the processing quality and efficiency of the rotor shaft of the motor are guaranteed.
