摘要
厚壁轴类零件两端面同时倒角时,车削阻力大,易产生振刀的不稳定性现象。对这一情况进行分析,提出控制措施。对进刀油缸采用进油节流方式,并使用电子缓冲阀,以精准控制进刀速度。精确计算所需的电机功率及输出轴转速。对固定刀架进行受力分析,优化尺寸。通过以上控制措施,解决了厚壁轴类零件两端面同时倒角时存在的振刀问题。
When both ends of the thick-walled shaft part are chamfered at the same time, the turning resistance is large, and the instability due to vibration cutting is easy to occur.This instance was analyzed, and the countermeasures were proposed.The feeding cylinder adopts the oil-in throttling method and an electronic buffer valve is used to precisely control the feeding speed.The required motor power and rotation speed of the output shaft are calculated accurately.Perform stress analysis on the fixed tool holder and optimize the size.Through the above countermeasures, the problem of vibration cutting when both ends of the thick-walled shaft part are chamfered at the same time was solved.
