摘要
将熔体电磁均匀化处理方法与传统模锻工艺技术相结合,开展了大型7050铝合金轮毂流变挤压铸造技术研究。结果表明,流变模锻法制备的大型7050铝合金轮毂无缺陷,晶粒细小均匀,宏观偏析小,力学性能达到锻件水平。
Rheo-forging for producing large-scale 7050 Al alloy wheel was investigated by the combination of IC-AEMS melt treatmentand traditional squeezing casting technology.The results indicate that large-scale wheels produced by squeezing casting technology have little casting defects,with uniformly fine grains,alleviated segregation,of which the performance reaches the level of conventional forgings.
