Ti对Mg-Er-Ni合金组织和力学性能的影响

Effects of Ti on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Mg-Er-Ni Alloy

摘要 在LPSO结构增强Mg_(97.75)Er_(1.5)Ni_(0.75)合金中添加Ti,研究Ti含量对合金凝固组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,添加Ti能够显著细化合金的晶粒尺寸。随着Ti含量增加,合金的晶粒尺寸呈先降低后增加的趋势,当添加(质量分数,下同)0.6%的Ti时,合金平均晶粒尺寸仅为235μm,与未添加Ti的合金相比降低了67.6%。随着Ti含量增加,合金的抗拉强度和伸长率均呈先提高后降低的趋势,当添加0.6%的Ti时,合金的抗拉强度和伸长率均达到最大值,分别为213 MPa和7.9%,相比未添加Ti的合金提高了20.3%和54.9%。 The effects of Ti on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg_(97.75)Er_(1.5)Ni_(0.75)alloy reinforced by long period stacking ordered(LPSO) phase were investigated.The results show that the grains in the alloys are refined by Ti addition.The average grain size of the alloys is decreased at first and then increased with increasing in Ti contents.With 0.6% Ti addition,the average grain size of the alloy reaches 235 μm,which is decreased by 67.6% compared with that of the MgErNialloy.With the increase of Ti contents,the tensile strength and elongation of the alloys are decreased at first and then increased.With 0.6% Ti addition,the tensile strength and elongation of the alloy reach 213 MPa and 7.9%,which is increased by 20.3% and 54.9%,respectively,compared with those of the MgErNialloy.
