中部地区产业竞争优势演化特征及其提升路径

Evolutionary Features of the Competitive Advantage of Central Region Industries and its Enhancement Path

产业竞争优势演化特征反映了中部地区三次产业结构与竞争优势的调整趋势及其对区域经济发展的影响。以“中部崛起战略”实施为背景分析2006—2020年中部地区产业竞争优势演化对促进中部崛起的重要意义以及崛起战略实施的现状和存在问题。结果表明:虽然中部地区产业结构调整升级正在不断深化,资本、人才等核心生产要素加速集聚,各产业部门转型升级速度加快,但仍面临着传统产业优势下滑、经济结构不合理、产业基础支撑能力不强等问题。中部地区三次产业竞争优势的提升路径主要是促进农业现代化、推动制造业提质增效和优化现代服务业发展。

The evolution of industrial competitive advantages reflects the trend of adjustment of the three industrial structures and competitive advantages in the central region and their impact on regional economic development.This paper analyses the significance of the evolution of industrial competitive advantages in the central region in promoting the rise of the central region from 2006 to 2020,as well as the current situation and problems in the implementation of the rising strategy,against the background of the implementation of the“Central Rising Strategy”.The results show that although the central region is continuously deepening the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure,accelerating the concentration of core production factors such as capital and talents,and accelerating the transformation and upgrading of various industrial sectors,it is still facing problems such as the decline of traditional industrial advantages,unreasonable economic structure,and weak support capacity of industrial foundation.Finally,this paper puts forward the paths to enhance the competitive advantages of the three industries in the central region from three perspectives:promoting the modernization of agriculture,promoting the quality and efficiency of manufacturing industries and optimizing the development of modern service industries.
