农村社会组织提升社会资本及应对生计风险的作用研究

Research on the Role of Rural Social Organization in Enhancing Social Capital and Coping with Livelihood Risk

在实现共同富裕的道路上,提升农户社会资本和降低农户生计风险是乡村振兴持续关注的热点问题。在理论分析社会组织如何提升和改进社会资本后,聚焦农村社会组织如何影响农户社会资本的积累与提升、农户生计风险防范策略意愿,利用祁连山国家级自然保护区内武威市、张掖市995位农户的调查数据构建多元Logistic回归模型,分析参加社会组织状态及类别、地区差异等因素对农户生计风险防范策略意愿的影响。结果表明:(1)参加社会组织类别因素对农户生计风险防范策略意愿的影响作用显著,其中:服务类社会组织影响最大,文化类次之,经济类最小。(2)健康状况、受教育水平对农户生计风险防范策略的影响显著,受教育水平对其影响存在“脱钩”现象。(3)武威市农户参加社会组织对农户生计风险应对的影响显著小于张掖市。

On the road to realize common prosperity,enhancing the social capital of farmers and reducing their livelihood risk is a hot issue of continuous concern in rural revitalization research.After the theoretical analysis of how social organization enhance and improve social capital,focusing on how rural social organization affect the accumulation and promotion of farmers′social capital and the willingness of farmers′livelihood risk prevention strategy,this paper used the survey data of 995 farmers in Wuwei City and Zhangye City in Qilian Mountain National Nature Reserve to construct a multiple logistic regression model to analyze the impact of participation status of social organization,type of social organization and regional difference on the willingness of farmers′livelihood risk prevention strategy.The results showed that:(1)The type of participation in social organization had a significant impact on the willingness of farmers′livelihood risk prevention strategy,among which the service social organization had the greatest impact,followed by the cultural ones and the economic ones.(2)The influence of health status and education level on farmers′livelihood risk prevention strategy was significant,and there was a“decoupling”phenomenon in education level.(3)The impact of farmers′participation in social organization on their livelihood risk coping in Wuwei City was significantly smaller than that in Zhangye City.
