摘要
城市排水系统改造是当前打赢水污染防治攻坚战的重要任务,针对滨水老城区合流制排水系统存在片区人口密度大、现状管线复杂和易受周边水体影响等问题,以长沙市湘江大道排水系统改造工程为例,采用文献综述、本底调查和系统诊断的方法,提出水污染治理采用“源头—过程—末端”全过程控制,内涝治理采用“源头减排—排水管渠提标改造”等技术方案。最后总结出一套基于重视顶层方案、转变改造理念和治理模式、预留技术空间等的优化改造经验,为滨水老城区排水系统改造的实际工程项目提供参考。
The renovation of urban drainage system is a vital task to win the battle of water pollution prevention and control.In view of the high population density,complicated underground pipelines and easily affected water problems in the old waterfront area,this paper took the system renovation project of Xiangjiang avenue in Changsha city as an example to make a detailed analysis by using the method of literature review,background investigation and systematic diagnosis.A whole process controlling method was adopted for water pollution controlling by source controlling-process monitoring-ending prevention,and for the urban waterlogging management the method of source emission reduction combined with drainage pipes and canals upgrading was applied.Finally,it summarizes a set of optimization and renovation experience of focusing on top-level solutions,changing renovation normal logic and management mode,reserving technical space,which will provide a reference for the actual engineering project of the drainage system renovation in the old waterfront city.
