摘要
针对40℃热板基材涂装的水性单组分白面漆,从不同乳液类型选择、成膜助剂筛选、消泡剂及润湿体系搭配等方面进行探讨,通过不同的实验论证及测试,并通过往复机械喷涂应用测试,验证了其在工业化生产上的可行性。
Waterborne one-component white topcoat applied on 40 ℃ hot plate substrate is discussed from the aspects of the selection of different emulsion types, the screening of film-forming additives, the combination of defoaming agents and wetting systems, etc. Through different experimental demonstrations and tests and through reciprocating mechanical spraying application tests, its feasibility in industrial production is verified.
