本科生专业和性别的差异对理论课教学的影响——以华南农业大学“普通生态学”为例

摘要 本科生专业和性别的差异是否会影响理工科专业课程的教学过程尚不清楚。研究团队以“普通生态学”课程教学为例,采用问卷调查法,对比生态学与资源环境科学专业的本科生对课程教学不同方面的看法。结果表明:受试群体对“普通生态学”课程的兴趣度较高,专业差异未显著影响学生对课程的兴趣,但性别差异显著影响了学生对课程的兴趣度,即男生的课程兴趣度明显更高。对教学内容、教学方法、考核方法和科教融合等方面的结果分析表明:专业和性别的差异未显著改变学生对课程教学的看法。 It is still not clear whether differences in major and gender of undergraduates will affect the teaching process of theory courses.In this study,the researchers use a core course of Ecology(General Ecology)as an example to investigate effects of differences in major and gender of undergraduates on theory course teaching by questionnaire surveys.The results show that most of the tested students are strongly interested in the targeted course,and that major does not significantly affect the interests of undergraduates in the course but gender exerts significant effects on the choice of participants.The results show that boy students are more interested in the surveyed course.However,differences in major and gender does not significantly change the performance and preference of participants in the perspectives of teaching content,teaching method,assessment standard,and integrations of research and teaching.
