艺术类高校教学管理的分析与探究

Analysis and Exploration of Teaching Management in Art Colleges and Universities

艺术类高校与普通高校的教学管理相比具有一定的特殊性。艺术类高校对学生的审美能力、艺术洞察力提出了更高的要求,在一定程度上增加了教学管理工作的难度。在分析艺术类高校教学管理特点及特殊性的基础上,对现存的教学管理问题及成因进行了分析,通过强化理论教学过程管理、提升教学业务的组织质量、改进教学质量管理模式、加强教学监督工作,提出了具有可行性的解决策略,希望能对艺术类高校教学管理工作的开展起到积极的作用。

Compared with ordinary colleges and universities,the teaching management of art colleges and universities has their own characteristics.Art colleges and universities put forward higher requirements on students’aesthetic ability and artistic insight,which can increase the difficulty of teaching management to a certain extent.Based on the analysis of the characteristics and particularity of teaching management in art colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the existing problems and causes of teaching management,and puts forward feasible solutions by strengthening the management of theoretical teaching process,improving the organizational quality of teaching business,improving the management mode of teaching quality,and strengthening teaching supervision,and we hope to play a positive role in the development of teaching management in art colleges and universities.
