临床医疗大数据的应用现状及对教育的挑战

Application Status of Big Data in Clinical Treatment and Its Challenges to Education

随着科学技术的不断进步,以及医疗行业的快速发展,医疗大数据的研究日益广泛,同时,临床医疗大数据与人们的日常生活息息相关,业已成为人们的研究热点。临床医疗大数据的普遍应用对构建智慧医院具有重要意义,在新冠肺炎疫情防控过程中也发挥了重要的支撑作用,但临床医疗大数据的深度挖掘仍存在诸多困难。在实地走访杭州各大医院了解相关现状后,从临床医疗大数据的应用现状入手,分析其在采集、存储、筛选、共享中面临的困难与挑战,同时思考教育改革在其中发挥的积极作用,为临床医疗大数据后期的深度挖掘奠定了基础。

With the continuous progress of science and technology and the rapid development of the medical industry,the research on medical big data is increasingly extensive,and the clinical medical big data is closely related to our daily life,and has become a hot research topic.The widespread application of clinical medical big data is of great significance to the construction of smart hospitals,and also plays an important supporting role in the epidemic prevention process of COVID-19.However,there are still many difficulties in deep mining of clinical medical big data.After visiting major hospitals in Hangzhou to understand the current situation,this paper starts with the application status of clinical medical big data,and analyzes the difficulties and challenges in its collection,storage,screening and sharing.At the same time,we also think about the positive role of educational reform in it,which lays a foundation for the deep mining of clinical medical big data in the later period.
