经济的发展离不开人才的支持和科技的进步,而高职教育是人才培养和科技输出的重点基地。高职教育作为培育产业工人的摇篮,国家将发展高职教育作为实施创新驱动发展战略、转方式调结构的重要抓手。高职教育目前的教育模式和发展状况与市场经济的发展需求存在一定程度上的不同步。当前阶段,高职教育创新和发展政策利好,高职教育也要抓住这次机遇,实现创新和改革。研究高等职业教育创新与区域经济的联动关系,对提高高职教学质量、加强科学管理、推动经济快速发展具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。

The economic development needs the support of a large number of talents and intelligence.Higher vocational education plays an important role in the development of regional economy because of its professionalism and regional characteristics.Higher vocational education is the cradle of industrial worker training,and the state regards developing higher vocational education as an important starting point for implementing the innovationdriven development strategy,which can transform the mode of development and adjust the structure.At present,the development level of higher vocational education cannot fully meet the requirements of economic and social transformation and upgrading.Under the circumstance of national emphasis on innovation development,innovation of higher vocational education is imminent.The research on the linkage between higher vocational education innovation and regional economy is of great theoretical significance and practical value to improve the teaching quality of higher vocational education,strengthen scientific management and promote the rapid development of economy.
