“实验室安全与管理”实践教学方法的探讨

Exploration of the Practical Teaching Method of Laboratory Safety and Management

在“三全育人”背景下,“实验室安全与管理”的实践课程是面向大学生开展“全员、全面、全程”实验室安全教育的良好载体。由于受多种因素的限制,“实验室安全与管理”实践课程教学存在受重视度不高、内容和形式的针对性不强、实践教学方法陈旧和学生实践体验机会少等问题。提出并探讨了设计实验室安全事故应急演练、实验室管理体验式教学、线上虚拟仿真和开展实验室安全防护技能竞赛等四种实践教学方法,为提高“实验室安全与管理”的实践课程教学效果提供了参考。

Under the background of“Three-all Education”,the practical course of“Laboratory Safety and Management”is a good carrier to carry out“full-staff,comprehensive,and full-process”laboratory safety education for college students.Due to the limitation of many factors,the teaching of the“Laboratory Safety and Management”course has the following problems,which are not highly valued,the content and form are not well-targeted,the practical teaching methods are outdated,and the opportunities for students’practical experience are few.This paper proposes and discusses four practical teaching methods,designing laboratory safety accident emergency drills,laboratory management experiential teaching,online virtual simulation and carrying out laboratory safety protection skills competition,which can provide reference for improving the teaching effect of the practical course of“Laboratory Safety and Management”
