建筑工程造价管理中的BIM技术应用分析

The Application Analysis of BIM Technology in the Cost Management of Construction Engineering

造价管理在建筑工程施工管理中属于关键的环节,建筑工程施工成本和质量效果将会直接影响到全过程造价,建筑企业应关注与重视建筑工程全过程造价。管理人员应发挥BIM技术优势与价值,做好成本与造价控制工作,将BIM技术科学地应用到项目规划、工程施工、工程竣工与验收等环节中,在每一个关键工作程序中做好工程造价管理工作。文章通过对BIM技术的介绍,结合具体工程实例分析了BIM技术在造价管理中的作用,结果表明:BIM技术的应用不仅能实现工程进度的4D可视化管控,并且通过工程量的精确计算和单价信息的准确套取,建立5D造价模型,提高造价管理的精度和效率,进而控制实施成本,最终实现工程项目投资的有效管控。

Cost management is a key link in the construction management of construction engineering,the construction cost and quality effect of construction projects will directly affect the whole process cost,construction enterprises should focus on the whole process cost of construction projects.Managers should take full advantage and value of BIM technology,do a good job in cost and cost control,scientifically apply BIM technology to project planning,construction,completion,acceptance and other links,and do a good job in project cost management in every key work procedure.The paper introduces BIM technology and analyses the application in cost management by examples of project,turning out that BIM technology is able to achieve not only the progress 4D visual control but also build 5D cost model through the accurate calculation of quantities and the precise usage item price information.It improves the accuracy and efficiency of cost management,realizing the valid control of project investment.
