微织构在刀具表面的应用

摘要 文章阐述了微织构刀具的研究进展,简要分析了刀具表面微织构对其性能的影响形式及作用机制;对比了不同学者对刀具表面微织构的加工方法,并分析了各自的优缺点;归纳、讨论了刀具表面微织构形貌对其性能及切削过程中润滑剂使用效果的影响。最后,对表面微织构切削刀具的研究进行了探讨和展望。 In this paper,the research progress of micro-textured cutting tools is elaborated,and the influence forms and mechanism of micro-texture on the performance of cutting tools are briefly analyzed.The processing methods of tool surface micro-texture by different scholars are compared,and their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed.The influences of tool surface micro-texture morphology on its performance and lubricant application in cutting process are summarized and discussed.Finally,the research on surface micro-textured cutting tools is discussed and prospected.
