联合载荷下角接触球轴承静态刚度仿真研究

摘要 基于赫兹接触理论,建立了角接触球轴承静态刚度的理论计算模型,并利用ANSYS Workbench软件建立了角接触球轴承的有限元仿真模型。将有限元仿真结果与理论计算结果进行对比,验证了建模方法的准确性。详细分析了轴向与径向载荷的作用下轴承的变形与静态刚度的变化规律。结果表明:轴向与径向载荷的增大都会对变形与刚度产生重要影响;径向刚度的理论值与有限元值的变化趋势略有不同;角接触球轴承轴向与径向变形的有限元值大于理论值,轴向与径向刚度的有限元值小于理论值。 Based on the Hertz contact theory,the theoretical calculation model of the static stiffness of the angular contact ball bearing(ACBB)is established,and the finite element simulation model of the ACBB is established using ANSYS Workbench software.The finite element simulation results are compared with the theoretical calculation results to verify the correctness of the modeling method.The changes in the deformation and static stiffness of the bearing under the action of axial and radial loads are analyzed in detail,and the results show that the increase in axial and radial loads will have an important impact on deformation and stiffness.The change trend of the theoretical value of radial stiffness is slightly different from the finite element value.The finite element value of the axial and radial deformation of ACBB is greater than the theoretical value,and the finite element value of the axial and radial stiffness is less than the theoretical value.
