摘要
井下节流器以上的井筒压力分布一般采用流压测试的方法下入压力计测试,测试工作量大,并且不能反映气井的长期连续生产状态。利用气液两相管流模型进行理论计算时一般采用流压测试或者室内试验的数据,不能反映气井长时间的真实生产特征,尤其是不能反映在加注泡排剂情况下的井筒压力变化规律。主要通过井筒压力的连续监测数据对气液两相管流模型进行评价后,优选出加注泡排剂条件下与不加注泡排剂条件下的管流模型。评价发现东胜气田气井井筒压力预测未泡排期间选用Gray模型,绝对平均百分误差6.36%,泡排期间选用Ansari模型,绝对平均百分误差14.18%。
The wellbore pressure distribution above the downhole choke is generally tested by the flow pressure test method,which is tested by a pressure gauge.The test workload is large and cannot reflect the long-term continuous production state of the gas well.The gas-liquid two-phase pipe flow model is used for theoretical calculation using data from flow pressure test or laboratory test,which cannot reflect the real production characteristics of gas wells for a long time,especially the variation law of wellbore pressure under the condition of injection of foam and discharge agent.In this paper,the gas-liquid twophase pipe flow model is mainly evaluated by the continuous monitoring data of wellbore pressure,and the pipe flow model under the condition of adding foam-discharging agent and without adding foam-discharging agent is optimized.The evaluation found that the Gray model was used to predict the wellbore pressure of gas wells in the Dongsheng gas field during the non-bubbling period,and the absolute average percentage error was 6.36%.The Ansari model was used during the bubble row,and the absolute average percentage error was 14.18%.
