适用于高温储层自生酸性能评价及应用

摘要 随着勘探技术不断发展进步,碳酸盐岩油气藏埋藏深度越来越深,地层温度越高,常规酸液体系与地层岩石反应速度快和滤失量大,活性酸液有效作用距离有限,达不到裂缝或孔隙深部,从而降低储层改造效果;在室内开发出一种在高温地层条件下缓慢释放出H+的就地自生酸体系,该自生酸主体通过炭族化合物酰基化反应制得,评价结果表明:自生酸在温度低于90℃时不产生盐酸,温度高于90℃度时缓慢产生盐酸,当温度为150℃时产生有效H+浓度为0.95mol/L,折算为盐酸质量浓度为10.05%,酸岩反应速度比常规胶凝酸更慢,与大理石反应后产生凹凸不平粗糙表面,表明能增加裂缝导流能力,达到深度改造储层的目的。 With the continuous development and progress of exploration technology,carbonate oil and gas reservoir is buried deeper and deeper,the formation temperature is higher,the reaction speed of con-ventional acid liquid system and formation rock is fast and the filtration volume is large,the effective ac-tion distance of active acid liquid is limited,and it can't reach the depth of fracture or pore,thus reducing the reservoir reconstruction effect.Developed a high temperature indoors under the geological conditions of slow release H+in situ authigenic acid system,the authigenic acid body through acyl reaction of carbon compounds,the evaluation results show that the authigenic acid does not produce hydrochloric acid when temperature is below 90℃,the temperature higher than 90℃when hydrochloride slow,when the temper-ature of 150℃to produce effective H+concentration is 0.95 mol/L,converted into mass concentration of 10.05%hydrochloric acid,acid rock reaction rate than conventional gelling acid more slowly,reacting with marble uneven rough surface,that can increase fracture diverting capacity,to achieve the goal of re-forming reservoir depth.
