摘要
井下节流器气井由于节流器的存在无法通过油套压差来判断泡排剂的加注时机。本文主要通过井筒压力、温度及产量的连续监测,研究井下节流泡沫排水的生产特征,以此来确定井下节流气井的泡排加注时机。分析表明加注泡排剂后的生产特征反映了泡沫液段塞的移动过程。提出了井下节流气井泡排剂的加注时机确定方法,即先试加注一次泡排剂,14 h内若其中15 min时间段内瞬时气量变化幅度超过100%时要加注泡排剂,否则停止加注泡排剂。现场应用该方法后效果明显。研究对井下节流气井现场泡排工作制度的确定及调整具有十分重要的意义。
Due to the existence of the choke in the gas well,it is impossible to judge the injection tim-ing of the bubble drainage through the pressure difference of the oil pressure and casing pressure.This pa-per mainly studies the production characteristics of downhole choke foam drainage through continuous mo-nitoring of wellbore pressure,temperature and production,so as to determine the foam injection timing of downhole choke gas wells.It shows that the production characteristics after adding foam discharge reflect the movement process of foam liquid slug.In this paper,a method for determining the injection timing of downhole choke gas well is proposed,that is,a test injection of foam drainage is proposed.Within 14 hours,if the instantaneous production change exceeds 100%in the 15 minute period,the foam drainage should be added.Otherwise stop adding foam drainage.The effect is obvious after applying this method.The research of this paper is of great significance to the determination and adjustment of the foam drainage working system in downhole choke gas wells.
