CO_(2)激光联合派特灵、卡介菌多糖核酸治疗尖锐湿疣疗效及对T细胞亚群、生活质量的影响

Efficacy of CO_(2) laser combined with Pai-te-ling and BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid on condyloma acuminatum and its effect on T cell subsets and quality of life

目的探讨CO_(2)激光联合派特灵、卡介菌多糖核酸治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效及对患者T细胞亚群、生活质量的影响。方法选取2020年1月—2021年6月邯郸市中心医院收治的尖锐湿疣患者86例,随机分为研究组与对照组,每组43例。对照组应用CO_(2)激光及卡介菌多糖核酸治疗,研究组在对照组治疗基础上联合派特灵治疗,2组均以3个月为1个疗程。比较2组治疗效果以及CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)水平及生活质量。结果研究组的治疗总有效率和复发率分别为95.35%(41/43)和11.63%(5/43),对照组分别为79.07%(34/43)和39.53%(17/43),2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后2组患者的CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、IFN-γ均显著升高(P均<0.05),CD8^(+)、IL-17均显著降低(P均<0.05);研究组CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、IFN-γ均显著高于对照组(P均<0.05),CD8^(+)、IL-17均显著低于对照组(P均<0.05)。治疗后,2组躯体功能、心理功能、物质生活状态及社会功能评分均显著升高(P均<0.05),且研究组各项评分均显著高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论CO_(2)激光联合派特灵、卡介菌多糖核酸治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效更好,可明显改善患者生活质量,机制可能与调节炎性细胞因子水平,增强机体免疫功能有关。

Objective It is to investigate the efficacy of CO_(2) laser combined with Pai-te-ling and BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum and its effect on T cell subsets and quality of life of patients.Methods A total of 86 patients with condyloma acuminatum admitted to Handan Central Hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected and randomly divided into a study group and a control group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with CO_(2) laser and BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid,and the study group was treated with Pai-te-ling based on the treatment of the control group,3 months was a course of treatment in both groups.The treatment effects,levels of CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),interleukin-17(IL-17),interferon-γ(IFN-γ)and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate and recurrence rate of the study group were 95.35%(41/43)and 11.63%(5/43),respectively,and those of the control group were 79.07%(34/43)and 39.53%(17/43),respectively,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+) and IFN-γin the two groups were significantly increased(all P<0.05),while CD8^(+) and IL-17 were significantly decreased(all P<0.05);CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),IFN-γin the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05),CD8^(+),IL-17 were significantly lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of physical function,psychological function,material life status and social function in both groups were significantly increased(all P<0.05),and the scores in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion CO_(2) laser combined with Pai-te-ling and BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid has better curative effect in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum,it can significantly improve the quality of life of patients.The mechanism may be related to regulating the level of inflammatory cytokines and enhancing the body’s immune function.
