摘要
习近平劳动观融入高校劳动教育是夯实高校学生的劳动奋斗精神,实现社会主义现代化进程的应有之义,在强化习近平劳动观的思想引导力同时能够提高高校育人活力,不断创新劳动教育的手段形式,从而保证习近平劳动观在实践中发展。以劳动创造生活是马克思主义对历史本体的科学阐释。崇尚劳动是社会主义高校大学生的价值天性,进入新时代以来,习近平劳动观融入高校劳动教育呈现出一些新方式、新特点、新载体等新的特质,但仍然存在资源匹配“内外合力”相对不足,利用劳动平台乘风育人的手段方法相对较弱,劳动宣传话语难以契合高校学生的个性需求,劳动精神在凝聚高校学生力量方面成效略浅等现实问题。需要不断强化习近平劳动观的理论熏陶,形成“内外合力”整合资源,锻造更加接地气的劳动教育话语场,拓宽平台不断丰富劳动实践内容,才能将习近平劳动观融入高校劳动教育全过程,谱写“中国梦、劳动美”的新篇章。
The integration of Xi Jinping’s labor view into labor education in colleges and universities is the due meaning of consolidating the labor spirit of college students and realizing the process of socialist modernization.While strengthening the ideological guidance of Xi Jinping’s view on labor,it can improve the vitality of colleges and universities,and constantly innovate the means and forms of labor education,so as to ensure the development of Xi Jinping’s view of labor in practice.However,there are still some practical problems,such as the relatively insufficient“internal and external power”of resource matching,the relatively weak means and methods of educating people by using the labor platform,the labor publicity discourse without meeting the individual needs of college students,and the labor spirit which has achieved little effect in condensing the strength of college students.It is necessary to constantly strengthen the theoretical influence of Xi Jinping’s view on labor,form“internal and external power”to integrate resources,forge a more popular labor education discourse field,broaden the platform and enrich the content of labor practice,so as to integrate Xi Jinping’s view on labor into the whole process of labor education in colleges and universities,and write a new chapter of“harmonious society,glorious labor”.
