Clarification and Extension:the Legitimacy and Two Attributes of the Theory of Labor Happiness

学界对于劳动幸福权理论主要存在两点异议:劳动幸福的客观性与权利性。劳动幸福权理论是从“自觉且自由”的劳动去理解幸福的,劳动幸福不是指主观的劳动幸福感,而是指最高层次的幸福——自觉且自由的劳动。经济的社会形态,特别是资本经济的社会形态决定了劳动的二重性,即幸福与不幸福,又由于劳动在任何时候都是社会正义、行为正当的基础。因此,劳动的二重性必然要求劳动幸福成为一种权利,并且是最高的人权,实现劳动幸福权是每一个人不可剥夺的初始权利。劳动幸福权理论正是奠基于对幸福的自觉且自由和对劳动二重性的现实理解之上的。劳动幸福权理论具有价值与方法两种属性。其价值属性为超越资本主义社会价值体系,建立社会主义价值体系提供了指南,而其方法属性为我们剖析社会问题等提供了方法论指导。

There are two main objections to the theory of labor happiness:the objectivity and right of labor happiness.The theory of labor happiness is to understand happiness from“conscious and free”labor.Labor happiness does not refer to subjective labor happiness,but to the highest level of happiness—conscious and free labor.The social form of economy,especially the social form of capital economy,determines the duality of labor,that is,happiness and unhappiness,because labor is the basis of social justice and proper behavior at any time.Therefore,the duality of labor must require that labor happiness become a right,and is the highest human right,the realization of labor happiness right is the inalienable initial right of everyone.The theory of the right to labor happiness is based on the conscious and free understanding of happiness and the realistic understanding of the duality of labor.The theory of labor happiness has two attributes:value and method.Its value attribute provides guidance for surmounting capitalist social value system and establishing socialist value system,while its method attribute provides methodological guidance for us to analyze social problems.
