摘要
为分析下穿液化厂管线的输气管道工程顶管穿越施工技术,结合临长线输气管道工程实例,在明确工程施工重难点的基础上,采取测量放线、开挖工作坑、顶管顶进、阴极保护等一系列施工技术措施,有效保证了既有电缆及管道的安全,避免了与既有管线的相互干扰及交叉碰撞,高质量完成了本次施工。研究表明,采取顶管穿越施工技术,既能顺利完成输气管道工程施工任务,而且不会对既有管线造成太大干扰,值得在类似工程施工中大力推广应用。
In order to analyze the construction technology of pipe jacking and crossing of the gas transmission pipeline project that passes through the pipeline of the liquefaction plant,combined with the example of the gas transmission pipeline project of the adjacent long-term line,on the basis of clarifying the key and difficult points of the project construction,after measuring and setting out the line,excavating the work pit,roofing a series of construction technical measures such as pipe jacking and cathodic protection effectively ensure the safety of existing cables and pipelines,and avoid mutual interference and cross collisions with existing pipelines construction.The research shows that adopting the pipe jacking construction technology can successfully complete the construction task of the gas transmission pipeline project without causing too much interference to the existing pipelines.
