随着高等教育的普及化,大学生就业问题日益严峻。当前,由于多种因素的影响和限制,大学生就业信息能力不足。在高等教育普及阶段加强大学生就业信息能力建设,不仅是提升其就业能力、助力高质量就业的重要途径,还是提高社会劳动生产率、增加高等教育吸引力的有效策略。高校应强化大学生就业信息主动获取意识、综合整理能力、内在甄别能力及实际运用能力,全方位提升大学生就业信息能力,在适应高等教育普及时代背景的基础上提升大学生的就业质量。

With the popularization of higher education,the employment problem of college students is becoming more and more serious.At the present stage,due to the influence and limitation of various factors,college students show their lack of ability to deal with employment information.Strengthening the construction of college students employment information ability in the stage of higher education popularization is not only an important way to improve their employability and help achieve high-quality employment,but also an effective strategy to improve social labor productivity and enhance the attractiveness of higher education.Therefore,colleges and universities should strengthen college students awareness of actively obtaining,comprehensively sorting,internally distinguishing and practically applying employment information,so as to improve college students employment information ability in all aspects,thus improving the employment quality of college students on the basis of adapting to the background of higher education popularization.
