茶园套种麦冬对固土护坡和茶叶品质的影响研究

摘要 为开展茶园水土流失生态治理,以南方红壤丘陵典型地带的武夷山肉桂茶园为研究对象,分别在茶园坡壁和台面上套种麦冬,经3年试验,观察茶园坡壁和台面套种麦冬的密度、分蘖数、覆盖度、株高等生长性状,监测麦冬防治水土流失效果。结果表明,麦冬植株低矮,与茶树套种时,同茶树竞争较弱,且麦冬在坡壁、台面上均能较好地生长,覆盖度高,水土保持和提升茶叶品质效果良好。研究成果可为生态茶园建设提供技术支撑。 In order to carry out the ecological management of water and soil erosion in tea gardens,the Wuyishan tea garden in a typical red soil hilly area in the south was taken as the research object,and Ophiopogon japonicus was interplanted on the slope wall and table surface of the tea garden,respectively.During three years,the density,tiller number,coverage,and plant height of Ophiopogon japonicus interplanted on the slope wall and table surface of the tea garden were observed,and the effect of Ophiopogon japonicus on preventing water and soil erosion was monitored.The results show that the height of Ophiopogon japonicus was lower,when interplanted with tea plants.The competition with tea plants was weak.Ophiopogon japonicus could grow well both on the slope wall and table surface with high coverage,and therefore it had a good effect of preventing water and soil erosion and improving tea quality.The research results could provide technical support for the construction of ecological tea gardens.
