镇巴县茶产业高质量发展路径探讨

Discussion on High-quality Development Path of Tea Industry in Zhenba County

镇巴县地处大巴山腹地,其独特的环境、气候、土壤成就了镇巴茶叶的优异品质。目前镇巴茶叶供不应求,茶产业发展势头强劲,在全县脱贫攻坚中发挥了重要作用,被县委、县政府确定为全县农业特色首位产业。为进一步发挥茶产业在全县乡村振兴中的重要作用,探讨新形势下镇巴县茶产业高质量发展的路径十分必要。文章通过分析镇巴县茶产业发展的优势、存在的主要问题和不足,提出镇巴县茶产业高质量发展的总体思路、发展目标、八大发展任务及保障措施,进一步指明了镇巴县茶产业高质量发展的方向、工作重点、措施,为全县茶产业发展提供指导。

Zhenba county is located in the hinterland of Daba Mountain. Its unique environment, climate and soil contribute to the excellent quality of Zhenba tea. At present, demand for Zhenba tea exceeds supply. Tea industry has a strong momentum of development. It previously played an important role in poverty alleviation in the county and was identified as the first agricultural industry with county characteristics by the county party committee and government. In order to further play the important role of tea industry in Zhenba county’s rural revitalization, it is necessary to explore the path of high-quality development of tea industry under the new situation. This paper analyzed the advantages, main problems and shortcomings of tea industry development, and put forward the overall ideas, development objectives, eight development tasks and guarantee measures for the high-quality development of Zhenba tea industry. It further pointed out the direction, work focus and measures of Zhenba tea industry’s high-quality development, which has very important guiding significance for the development of tea industry in the whole county.
