Starting from the origin of tea drinking and the rise of tea drinking customs,this paper briefly introduced the representative tea products of the six major tea categories,the historical evolution of tea production,circulation and external dissemination in China,and the formation of the tea ceremony spirit.It had reference value for tea lovers to understand the history and culture of Chinese tea,to drink tea scientifically and to promote Chinese tea culture.
